Camp Stony Creek Farmstead For The Summer

Has been owned and operated by the Marsiglio family for three generations. Kate and Dan began raising meat, eggs, and veggies for sale in 2005. For all of our animals, we strictly follow free-range, beyond organic, pasture methods. 100% of the grass we feed our cows and sheep. Pigs and poultry receive certified organic grains that are cultivated nearby to augment their pasture-based diets. To receive updates, kindly sign up for our email list.

Kids’ Art Farm Workshops

Spend the day exploring our unique, organic farmland, which includes the barn, the fields and woodland, the gardens, and the animals’ enclosures. Together, we play games, explore the stream, visit animals, work in the garden and kitchen, and make art. Visitors who are skilled in painting, drumming, sewing, constructing, printmaking, theater, growing food, and cooking share their passion with the audience. The Art Farm experience is all about embracing nature, showing respect for one another, and believing in kids’ natural curiosity and creativity. Every day is from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and on Fridays, a parent’s show is at 1:30 p.m. $275 is the cost per session. Please get in touch quickly away because there are only 15 to 20 people allowed every session.

Our camp’s guiding principle is to have fun while honing your golfing abilities so you may enjoy this wonderful game for the rest of your life. While we can’t foresee exactly how things will turn out with Covid by this summer, we have built several safety precautions over the last two years that will undoubtedly continue to be in place. Camp is located on the Practice Range and Par 3 Course, and each day includes time spent on the course. At all times, campers will remain in their small groups, snack breaks will be taken outside, and bathroom breaks will be taken by one group at a time.

Amenities

Facilities for restrooms, showers, camp kitchens, water, trash collection, and LPG gas are available.

There are two distinct restroom/shower buildings. The restrooms and showers are located in separate structures apart from the main block. The restrooms, which are located in a corrugated iron building that was erected specifically for them, have four male and four female lavatories that flush correctly. There are four communal showers that have a large spray area and warm water in a cement block. There are two toilet/shower combo rooms in the second block.

With a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, sink (no hot water), kettle, toaster, and plenty of tables and chairs ready for use, the camp kitchen facilities are excellent. Additionally, the camp kitchen has a fireplace to keep things warm in the winter. A dart board and a selection of board games are also available for use in the camp kitchen.

Additionally, there is a kitchen on-site that offers reasonably priced dinners prepared in the style of a pub.
Without a doubt, the Bushman’s Burger with Chips & Gravy is the best option.

Although this campground has untreated rainwater tanks, we cannot promise there will be water. For high-clearance 4WD vehicles, Stony Creek Road offers access and parking. Upon receipt of booking confirmation, Brambuk the National Park and Cultural Center issues gate keys. Along Stony Creek Road, other bush campgrounds can be accessible; reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Before arriving, groups must register for their overnight hikes by filling out an Education Group Activity Statement.
