Am I looking for a premium adults-only (21+) all-inclusive resort in the United States? Bungalows Key Largo is the answer. I have much to say about this house, so I read through my experience below before booking it. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort in the United States, and it met my expectations. I stayed for two nights and would only have wanted to visit for up to four.
It’s a quick weekend/long weekend trip. This is an excellent option if you need a passport or want to avoid dealing with the hassle of leaving the country. I’ve stayed at all-inclusive resorts worldwide, and this one stands up to some of the luxury all-inclusive properties I’ve seen. No children are allowed because it is an ad-its-only establishment.
How To Get To Bungalows Key Largo?
Driving is the only way to get here. Whether you fly into Miami, rent a car, drive from your home, or take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft, Depending on traffic, arriving from Miami International Airport could take anything from 1 15-2 hours. I arrived on time since I landed in Miami quite early, and there was almost no traffic. If you’re passing through the Florida Keys, start in Key West and drive up.
Key West’s report is a paradise compared to Miami’s. What I liked about the Bungalows Key Largo was that it was smaller than some all-inclusive reports may be, and even though I was in Florida, I felt like I was in another universe. When you arrive at the property, the entry is directly off the main road, and I was initially concerned about hearing and seeing traffic all day. However, after checking in, you pass through a large gate and enter a private paradise you would not have known existed.
You also don’t see or hear traffic. You may genuinely unwind and unwind.
When your accommodation is ready, you and your luggage are whisked away on a golf cart to your bungalow, and you can see how the property is spread out and relatively easy to manage. There are no high-rise structures because all rooms are on the ground floor. Each bungalow has a bike, which you can use on the property, but walking is also an option. Nothing is that far apart. Some indicators steer you in the right way.
This facility only has two room types, Waterfront Bungalows and Garden Bungalows, which is a plus. This is an adults-only resort, not a couples-only resort. I eventually chose a Garden Bungalow since I did not see the benefit of spending extra for a Waterfront Bungalow.
All of the bungalows are essentially the same.
The main difference with the Waterfront Bungalows is that they face the sunset over the water, have sand in front (although not all), and come with two chairs and an umbrella. You’re also closer to the restaurants (though everything is pretty close). I would not have swapped rooms after staying in the Garden Bungalow. If you want to stay in the Oce front room, you must plan a stay of three or more nights to gain access to it.
The Garden Bungalow is approximately 900square feet and is outfitted with a King bed, a Queen bed sleeper sofa, and a dining table. Light and airy decor include a verandah reclining couch, table, chairs, an outdoor shower and tub (all private), and a daily refreshed minibar. Coca-Cola, Sprint, and Diet Coke, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, workstation, and chair, fantastic air conditioning, and a gorgeous bathroom with a rain shower, an outdoor shower, and tub (all private), an outdoor shower and tub (all private), an outdoor shower and tub (all private), an outdoor much more.
The tub and outdoor shower are to be noticed!! This is a unique addition to the room you won’t find anywhere else. When you first approach the Garden Bungalow you’ll notice two bikes and two seats on the front porch for you to use throughout your stay – the Oceanfront Bungalow has the same. When I arrived at my bungalow, I was taken aback by how gorgeous it was (and for the price, it had better be!). The room was beautiful and calm because the air conditioning was turned on (and yes, it is hot and humid in Florida) and huge. The room has everything you could want for a holiday.
Bungalows Key Largo Dining.
The Bungalows have three main restaurants and two bars. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all available. This was my favorite restaurant on the property. The menus had much to offer, the food was delicious, and the inside setting was pleasant. The windows are open during the day so you can enjoy the view of the ocean, but they are closed at night, and the air conditioning is turned on for supper.
You can order as much or as little as you like because the resort is all-inclusive.
There are no limitations. If you want five appetizers, call them. I could dine here for breakfast, lunch, and supper during my visit to sample the dishes and explore the menu possibilities. First and foremost, the food is superb. If you’ve ever been to an all-inclusive resort, you know that the food can be hit or miss. What’s lovely about the Bungalows is that they’re not attempting to cater to 500 people all at once by serving buffets in large quantities. When you dine, the majority of the food is prepared to order.
