Large HouseThe three-story, five-bedroom, four-bath Tracy’s Camp Big House is a house. The home contains two dining rooms, an upstairs and downstairs den, a billiards room, and a balcony on the second level. It also overlooks our pond. It has a complete kitchen with a cooktop range, wall oven, and refrigerator. Each of the five bedrooms has three bunk beds, and the downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed. Up to 29 people can stay in the house overall.

Cabins
There are two bunk-style cabins in Tracy’s Camp. Up to 22 people can sleep in each cabin, which has ten bunk beds in the spacious bunk room and one bunk bed in a semi-private room perfect for adult chaperones. The cottages offer central air conditioning, multiple individual showers, and external covered porches.

Plantation Chapel
The chapel at Tracy’s Camp, which was formerly the S.C. Forestry Commission’s pinecone barn, is a wonderful reminder of God’s capacity to supply and of our duty to sow the Gospel’s beneficial seeds. What should my child bring every day to camp?

If attending a full-day camp, each camper should bring a reusable water bottle, a personal snack, and lunch, along with suitable outdoor footwear and clothing. Although we do offer sunscreen if needed, we also advise parents to pack it for their kids. Less should be brought to Camp by the youngsters. What is your policy on bullies?

Will my child have direct contact with birds?

The only birds we typically see are those that are on display, so campers won’t come into contact with them. Amazon Adventure and sporadically in our bird show are rare exceptions. No camper is required to get any closer to a bird than they feel comfortable doing.

Will there be any exceptions to the camps’ mentioned age range?

Children with different growth rates and levels of development might differ significantly in a few years. All children’s safety and placement in environments where they will thrive are our top priorities. Depending on the individual (and after speaking with a parent), we might be flexible. We do not allow older campers to attend a younger week, though.

Can my child share a cabin or room with a friend?

Yes. Please give us your child’s friend’s name as soon as possible, so we can guarantee their seat in the same cabin. Only one friend may accompany you at a time, and they both must request it. We will try our best to fulfill every request, but we cannot promise that we will.
